My credit report is showing both a dismissed XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy and a discharged XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy. I have disputed these items several times over the last 9 months but the bureaus continue to respond ITEM VERIFIED to the disputes I've submitted. This is extremely confusing to me because the Bankruptcy court respond to my inquiry to them by stating that they do not report or verify any information to or with the credit bureaus. When receiving notification from the credit bureaus that they verified the information electronically via XXXX XXXX I contacted them. They sent me a notice stating that the information was removed and recommended that I contact XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion to inform them. Nevertheless, with the courts stating that they do not provide any information publicly that includes my social security number or other personal information, I don't understand how the bureaus are claiming that they verified the information. This is a direct violation of the FCRA and must be addressed. These inaccurate and unverifiable public records must be removed from my reports immediately as they are extremely damaging to my file and my well being.
