I have applied for the loan from XXXX in XXXX and it's proceeded on XX/XX/2023. I have not received the fund to my XXXX bank account. I confirmed that my information : account number and routing number are all correct. XXXX XXXX bank Wells Fargo Bank as sender. They should have sent XXXX $ to my chase bank account. I contacted to My bank, but they can't do anything since they do not see any transaction. I opened case to XXXX. XXXX requested to Wells Fargo about the transaction. Wells Fargo replied them that XXXX XXXX confirmed the transaction has received with no return. However, XXXX does not see any action happened to my account. I asked XXXX to provide proof of payment, however they are rejecting it, and just provided trace id. I contacted again to XXXX XXXX with this trace id, no luck. Wells Fargo provided trace id : XXXX.
