I dont know how your agency can continue to close the complaints out and let these illegal collection agencies off the hook. They never sent me anything about this debt.. NEVER!!! REG F 1006.34 requires written notification about it that prior to placing something on somebodys credit file. Doesnt allow you to email the initial disclosure. And they never sent me the initial disclosure to begin with. Not only that in one of their replies to me, they broadcast in an ad they believed it to be mine and I told him that was not what I live anymore. Still, they continue to claim that you sent the information to the address Ive told him is not mine. My next phone call will be to an attorney.. if you dont believe, Ill sue, look me up on XXXX
