XXXX Previous claimplaint, Im filing this complaint injunction with the complaint number above. I previously advised the bureau about the practices I was experiencing with Wellsfargo. As I informed them about the overdraft fees I was XXXX when funds was in my account before the cut off period numerous of times. I was told the app didnt update as their records did so the funds was showing incorrectly to me. I can see the funds available through the app but was told they was not and was charged and overdraft fee a numerous of times. I havent heard anything about the fact that a second account was opened up without my permission and without my knowledge. I was told that a settlement was issued to resolve matters but what do that have to do with the situation I was experiencing. Do I have to provide my own person to investigate my accounts. I ask for all the accounts for which Wellsfargo had in my name and could it be mailed to be. The gentleman stated he could not provide me that information that I would have to go into the branch. I want this matter resolved and for them not to just push it aside as if nothing was done wrong.
