I closed accounts in my dead name, because that identity is no longer me and was not told anywhere in XXXX that I would not be able to open a new account they said my dead name couldn't, but that's no longer my identity and I'm glad to be rid of it as I didn't have the best parents or the happiest childhood. They mentioned nowhere that if I were to open an account with same social I would be denied. I informed them I was a XXXX XXXX with new identity and they didn't care they still chose to discriminate against me and not allow me to have a first account with them because before I was allowed to exist and accepted who i was dead name had an account with them. I understand that I'm not a majority within my minority and I do not speak for other XXXX XXXX XXXX experience, but for me I was locked away watching someone else live my life until I was given my real name and allowed to exist and accepted by myself. So it's not fair and very XXXX of any company to deny me access to opening an account for something done before I existed by someone else. In my specific case this is a XXXX policy and violates my rights of equal treatment.
