Convergent company started calling my home regarding an energy debt, I explained to them that I do not pay energy bills where I reside, I have been a resident here for over 25 years, and our complex has its own power plant whereby energy bills are included in our monthly maintenance bills. On XX/XX/2023, I received a letter regarding the energy debt in the amount of {$200.00}, after receiving the bill I called and spoke with XXXX XXXX, she promised that she would take care of the issue and that I did not have to do anything, On XX/XX/2023, I called again to plead my case. I decided to apply for my credit report, and it's a good thing that I did, because Convergent is on my XXXX report. I decided to give Convergent one more chance to clear this up. On XX/XX/2023, I called Convergent again and spoke with XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX asked me if I received a fraud package in the mail from Convergent, I told her that I had not, XXXX XXXX said that is the only way they would remove me from the collection list. I ended the conversation. I am a XXXX XXXX, worked over 35 years in the city of XXXX XXXX, I pay bills that I incur, I do not borrow or owe anyone or company anything. I would appreciate it if this Convergent company would go away and leave me alone.
