American Express Hilton Honors 24-hour customer service XXXX refused to dispute a charge. The charge I want to dispute is for our ( my family and I ) Hilton XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stay, confirmation # XXXX. Hilton said we would receive a total refund of {$740.00} but we only received {$370.00}. Please see Exhibit A Hilton Corporate and Exhibit B Hilton Corporate.
