According to 15 u.s.c.1681 section 604 A section 2 I have a right to privacy and a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without written permission It also states that all information needs to accurate and verified and the agency will verify the information thoroughly. I have disputed the information for two years and showed the information that is not accurate there is three different social number between the three credit reports the loans and information are different through thought all three. None of the information is accurate and everytime I dispute they ignore it and say verified. There are so many violations on my credit reports According to 15 u.s.c 1681 n ( a ) ( 1 ) any actual damages sustained by consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not less than XXXX and not more than XXXX per violation Civil liability This has almost ruined my life I have not had any credit or debt in my life and when I had to go use credit I am un able to because of this and trying to fix it has been XXXX I have almost ended my life because of the stress and situation this has caused me. I want it fixed immediatly
