Caine & Weiner has been notified of their abuse to me as a consumer and their violation of my rights according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, at the address they have provided to XXXX and XXXX below via certified mail received XX/XX/2023 at XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act Caine & Wiener has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A [ ( 15 U.S.C 1681 b ( a ) ( 2 ) ]. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish data of an account without my written instructions. The company is falsely accusing me of owing them {$180.00} for services and refuse to remove it from my credit report. In direct violation to 15 U.S.C 1692 C ( a ) Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt. They have continued to furnish data and harasses me in reference to this matter. They have 15 days to rectify this matter. This is just documentation for the lawsuit they will receive XXXX XXXX.
