According to Experian on XX/XX/ a full investigation was conducted and that all accounts on my profile was verified from each company and are correct which I have found this to be false. According to my research, under Section 604. Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ) In general. Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( F ) otherwise has a legitimate business need for the information ( i ) in connection with a business transaction that is initiated by the consumer. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i, Paragraph ( 5 ) Treatment of Inaccurate or Unverifiable Information ( A ) In general. If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete. Ive disputed these accounts on multiple occasions now and they claim to have verified this information being accurate which is false and have failed to provide me with proof of verification. The accounts still have inaccurate information causing damage to my consumer report. None of these companies presented a signature of me agreeing to debt or identification and the accounts were placed back on my profile without notifying me within 5 days which is violation of 15 USC 6802 which states that the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. Also these accounts have violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681.
