XX/XX/XXXX I came in and got a new car after some deliberation and sales tactics. They ended up coming up with a plan to get me into the XXXX Mitsubishi XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, however once I left with the car ... that's when all support and action ended. Now my calls, texts and emails are ignored after clearly stating I wanted updates on the actions taken/pending concerning this issue. The salesman XXXX, and the two Finance Managers XXXX XXXX XXXX worked through my paperwork on the XXXX when I left around XXXX after getting in around XXXX... However a few days later I was sent an inquiry as to my satisfaction. To that date, my biggest dissatisfaction is the false advertisement pictured here showing that my brand new XXXX special edition SUV had Mitsubishi XXXX, and upon trying to activate and calling Mitsubishi XXXX... it doesn't have it. New XXXX special edition doesn't have the same features my spouse has on her XXXX XXXX ... OK. False advertisement and misleading signage meant to infer I had a product I did not when purchasing a long term commitment new vehicle .... now on to the worst part of this. After sending the initial email and two more, combined with contacting their QA via text message several times, the branch manager finally contacted me and explained that while I did sign and purchase the vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX ... someone on their end did not do their job and as a result are causing me to suffer statutory and actual damages. Not only did they do hard inquiries against my credit several times on the XXXX XXXX XXXX, they then tried to get me to come up XX/XX/XXXX after FINALLY noticing that nothing was done on their part. One of their 'managers ' drove up that day to have me resign paperwork dated for XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, in an attempt to be disingenuous. I had been trying to reach them for 2-3 weeks with no answer or response other than 'i will look into it ' from their emails, automated attendants, etc.. Now I have had two more hard inquiries to my credit outside of the 30 day period, my previous loan is now late and will damage my credit, and I still don't have a title from the XXXX ( expires XXXX and will likely incur tickets ) or the XXXX cashback refund they said I'd have within 2-3 weeks. This is the third vehicle I've purchased through XXXX XXXX 's family of dealerships, and with the way this interaction has gone ... it'll be the last and I'll warn every person I ever speak with to stay far away from this company.
