I have been constantly calling the XXXX number for XXXX to be able to talk with a live agent to address my issues and I am not getting anywhere. I am doing all the right things and when I think Im going to get to talk to a live person it hangs up on me every single time this is been very frustrating. They should be answering the phones and dealing with their customers just like XXXX and Experian does, I would really appreciate if this gets addressed ASAP. My XXXX XXXX credit report needs to be updated. They have nothing but information that does not apply to me. I have been trying to update it and can not get anyone. Thank you.
