I had a XXXX XXXX XXXX on lease which was traded off to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX has provided the paperwork for vehicle trade-off and release of liability to me and the payoff amount was sent to Mazda Financial ServicesXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX, The receipt of the payoff has been confirmed by XXXX as well. Since the end of XX/XX/XXXX, I have been getting repeated calls from XXXX regarding payment default as they are unable to close the account due to a pending dealer certificate from XXXX. This has been frustrating and mentally harassing as I don't own the vehicle or any liability and it is also impacting my credit. The complaint is against Mazda Financial Services as they have to work with the dealer to get the account closed and not harass the end consumer.
