I have submitted this complaint before. It was not handled properly. Please help me getting my money back. In XXXX, I visited a business, paid via XXXX in PNC app. The business said the transaction did not go through and they showed me their phone. It showed on my end, it did go through. I called PNC right away to stop the transaction or freeze funds. The Rep told me to just dispute the transaction. I did so per her instruction. I got a letter saying the dispute was denied. I escalated. I got a call today, XX/XX/22, and the Rep said a bunch of meaningless words, XXXX XXXX, and nothing was changed. I don't know what their investigation consisted of. Also, a bot, at the end of the online chat asked me if I wanted a chat transcript, I supplied my email, never received it. XXXX!! Pitiful business practices! They don't care about their customers!! I see they have poor reviews from other customers too. XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX My checks are under XXXX XXXX at the bank.
