I also ask that you remove any employers and phone numbers associated with my credit report. I do not AUTHORIZE you to retain or report any information, which consists of unverified claims about myself being potentially outdated or inaccurate. Please do not use old or incorrect information about me. I understand that you must complete this update within 30 days of receipt of my letter, which means it's imperative we get everything accurate!
