Midland credit management is reporting a collection account to my credit reports for a XXXX XXXX card that I never had. In addition to the debt not being validated/verified after disputing, it has remained and the amount owed is being increased over time. I have never heard anything from this company and this fraudulent account is preventing me from qualifying for a mortgage. The original amount they reported on XX/XX/2019 and now the balance is showing {$620.00}. There is no original account on my credit report because I did not have this card ever. I have asked for all documentation showing that 1 ) This account actually belongs to me and 2 ) Midland Credit Management actually has the right to collect money from me and I have not received this information. Due to these facts, this account should have been deleted. This account is inaccurate, in violation of the FCRA and does not belong to me.
