I have a RoarMoney lion checking account # XXXX with routing number XXXX set up where my direct deposit comes in from my employer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I made another deposit from my XXXX account in the amount of {$7800.00} on XX/XX/XXXX using my Moneylion card ending in XXXX connected to my checking account ending in XXXX to make the deposit. The customer service rep said this flagged my account and they have restricted access to my account since XX/XX/2023, and I have provided several screen shots and XXXX statements proving that the XXXX account is valid, and the money was deposited by me. I asked that they close my account and refund the full balance of over XXXX in my checking account ending in XXXX or give me back access to my money. This is a criminal act they are committing restricting access to my own checking account because of one valid transaction done by me. I have also made many purchases from my Moneylion card ending in XXXX connected to my checking account ending in XXXX from my XXXX account. Obviously, these people use no common sense and also what right do they have to deny me my own money because of a single transaction that is my own account regardless of one single transaction.
