A XXXX ( XXXX ) credit card was fraudulently opened in my name. Allegedly in XX/XX/2009 the account was open and the following year the account was said to have been closed, then Midland credit management started pursing the case. I am requesting to dispute this matter. Garnishments from the company has been placed and I would like correct this.
