XX/XX/2023 Called Source Receivables Management with whom my sprint debt was sold to to obtain account number so as to make payments via the website. XXXX XXXX the agent who picked my call refused to give me the account number she just kept saying how are you paying today, I said to her well i'm not paying anything today but I would like to have my account number she kept talking over me about paying, then she offered me a discount and asked for payment and I kept telling her this is not what I called for today may I just please have the account number at this point she is still asking for payment, she was extremely rude, she does not listen and this is not the best way to go about getting payment. I was speechless.
