This reporting is in direct violation of 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( 1 ) and the Privacy Act of 1974. TRANSUNION are liable under the SEC to follow certain rules. TRANSUNION Commission file number XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Trustee ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, South Dakota. In addition to this complaint, I will be filing a form 211 treasury omb form to have my consumer account audited. I am aware that TRANSUNION is securitizing my consumer data, but continues to break the law by sharing my data illegally.
