XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported a miss payment on my payment activity for the month of XXXX claiming that I did not make any payment for the month of XXXX and the past due amount is {$250.00} and I disagree with that. Ive made that payment I even paid more than that, {$250.00} to be exact ( $ XXXX {$28.00} ). I have uploaded the receipts. I have used XXXX a company authorized by XXXX to receive payments on its behalf. The XXXX website wasnt working and I wasnt able to make online payment. I have called customer service and they have advised me to go to a moneygram or western union location to make the payment. They can retrieve that phone conversation since the call was recorded. I did exactly what she told me to do and I even called back to give the reference number that was given to me by moneygram. It is not my fault if your website wasnt working. Nevertheless, I went to a moneygram location in XXXX to make my XXXX payment. I did not miss a payment in XXXX. I have had that car loan for 6 years now and I have worked hard every single day to not miss a single payment so, do not mess with my credit!! That car loan is almost paid off I only have 1 ( one ) more payment to pay off that loan. Do not mess with my credit!! You reported to the credit bureau that my overall balance is {$920.00} which is not true because on your own website as of today XXXX XXXX it shows a different overall balance amount of {$330.00}. The XXXX payment with XXXX has finally been updated. Update my credit report, I did not miss a payment in XXXX.
