We are trying to sell our home via short sale - XXXX is the main holder and has approved the sale - Statebridge is not working with our realtor and will not settle on our debt and is killing our sale for our home forcing me to file XXXX XXXX - we just want a resolution to this whole situation - the employee from loss mitigation is causing the issue due to the fact I called him out on his condescending tone and behavior on the phone and we had words and now he is trying to sabotage our change to resolve our home- please help- I have also reached out to the company Please see below Good Afternoon, XXXX XXXX I did not know where to turn, but to hopefully gain some grateful help and incite from you! We are in the process of selling our family home in a short sale - The main mortgage has accepted the deal and your company has now denied any type of settlement. We are not making any money just getting our home situated and sold to another loving family. Unfortunately, I made some very bad business decisions that impeded my family life and has harbored into several lawsuits and a bankruptcy as well as a crazy divorce. I would love to find a settlement on the note that is owed to your company, However - your employee XXXX XXXX from loss mitigation is unwilling to work with our lawyer and realtor and it will kill the deal. I would be so grateful if you could help us in any way- Please note that when I spoke with XXXX, he was very condescending and has no idea what folks or individuals have gone thru - our self-esteems have been shredded and clouded with embarrassment by our situation. He did not add any light to the circumstance. I did call back and speak to another woman who was absolutely lovely, and I commented about XXXX 's behavior. I understand you are in the business of making money, but we are only trying to settle our lives. Can you please help us get some sort of settlement.
