I am now seeking damages with litigation since Equifax demanded the date be added to the FTC report which is another gimmick and predatory tactic to avoid penalties and delay removal. Under adding the inquiry there is NO way to add the day to the date. I have edited the report to manually add the date and once again I am seeking {$1000.00} per violation of FCRA XX/XX/202XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX Fraud FTC removals ASAP further delay will result in more monetary damages awarded
