There was XXXX loan modifications on this loan and so the new maturity date became XX/XX/. However I actually made the skipped payments by paying over every month and then I made double payments XXXX times. There was an NSF once but quickly fixed because of a bank account change. They are now claiming that even after my final payment I would still owe an additional XXXX dollars. When I actually believe the final payment should have already occurred. I paid the XXXX payment and I have a XXXX payment scheduled even though I don't believe I owe it. The agent told me that after the final payment if the additional XXXX is not paid I will be subject to charge off. I need this corrected and the lien released asap. Thank you.
