I have sent in a request to Equifax and XXXX to update my address, as I had to recently move. I have done this for XXXX months, with no change or acknowledgement from Equifax or XXXX. I have tried calling the credit bureaus and have been told that they can't authenticate me because my driver 's license address does not match the address they have on file for me. I updated my driver 's license so it shows my current address, not my old address, which I am trying to update. I just want my address updated. I have sent the documents Equifax and XXXX requires for XXXX straight months. Please help.
