On XX/XX/XXXX I sent TransUnion a dispute ( which is enclosed in this complaint ) TransUnion responded on XX/XX/XXXX with this the following investigation response ( file number XXXX ) this response did not address the in accurate, incorrect information that I disputed with the department of education nor did they properly address the unauthorized inquiries which is one of the several violations of FCRA I am complaining about. TransUnion fail to investigate the inquiries places on my credit report and told the they were allowed to pull my credit and to instead twrite the company if I had questions to which transunion themselves have a duty to investigate.
