I have tried to get a payment deferment for almost half a year with no success. Honda Financial has now applied more late fees even thou I have requested a deferment again. When I had a balance they did not honor my request, so I paid the balance then the denied a deferment because I paid. This process is very difficult to understand and the company has done nothing to help.
