Despite several written requests, the ITEMS stated below continue to appear on my credit report, in violation of the FCRA. The Bureaus failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the period specified by law, they failed to adequately investigate the situation by using a third party as their verification provider, and they continued to report unconfirmed and unverified information. Given my attempts to address it directly with three CREDIT BUREAUS, they are intentionally negligent and in violation of federal statutes, and I need this situation resolved soon.
