My mortgage loan was denied during underwriting because LexisNexis reported a foreclosure against individuals of an estate instead of the estate. The document clearly states that is the estate of the deceased followed by a ; and the list of names of from the estate. I've reached out to the lender with supporting documents ( XXXX XXXX, Years of Property Taxes, Deed, and Mortgage without my name ) on XX/XX/XXXX but they haven't made a decision as of XX/XX/2023. The closing on the house is in Jeopardy from this error. This hasn't shown up on any other credit report. This report didn't take into account that it was an estate foreclosure and seemed to only read the trigger word " foreclosure '' and the list of names on it.
