I purchased a car from US auto sales in XX/XX/XXXX. I was paying extra for an extended warranty and gap insurance but when my car was totaled in XX/XX/XXXX, they stated they can not find my contract and my coverages were voided. US auto sales eventually closed down because they were not paying the warranty contract to the companies they were through. Now I am stuck still owing a car that its totaled and can not get another car because it is showing on my credit report. Meanwhile they have sold my contact and I am still required to pay for a voided warranty
