Furthermore, reporting claims that you know are not in compliance could damage the reputation of your company.I am writing to inform you that you need to make sure all your claims are factual and certified before reporting them. This is required by the Metro 2 reporting standard. I request that you provide evidence to support the existence of the account and evidence that the account was used for a permissible purpose. Please provide any documents or records you may have that can help corroborate the account and it's permissible purpose.I am giving you 30 days to investigate the matter and determine whether it is still being reported accurately and in compliance with regulations.
