I have had XXXX debt collections on my credit report for XXXX XXXX, XXXX on XXXX, XXXX and Transunion. I have disputed them multiple times with XXXX and Transunion explaining to them there is errors and I am unaware of the account. XXXX and Transunion refuse to update the information and remove them from my credit report when it has been found that the collection in fact is an error by XXXX. XXXX found the error and removed it from my credit report but XXXX and Transunion have not. It is reported that is mine but not giving me the information that proves this is my account. The statement I am being sent is not valid information on what was done to investigate it or show how it is mine account. XXXX and Transunion has failed to follow correct procedures with the law on providing me the correct information.
