Good morning, back in XXXX I had a rental with XXXX, they had almost XXXX dollars on hold in my capital one account. When i returned their car in XXXX they released the money they had on hold back to my capital one capital one stated that they didnt see any money released into my account and closed my dispute when i provided my receipt of the amount that XXXX was supposed to charge me, i called again and spoke to someone else and they re opened my dispute they asked me to contact XXXX and ask for proof indicating that they released the money and when. I provided capital one with this information, days later capital one took the negative funds from my savings account without my consent or without warning me leaving both of my checking with negative balance and no funds in my savings. My {$2700.00} dollars got lost between XXXX and capital one plus capital one took {$1300.00} from my savings. Please help
