I am currently in the process of reviewing my consumer reports and noticed many inaccuracies regarding Account XXXX XXXXXXXX including but not limited to, Account Status, Date Opened, Last Reported, Date Last Active, Date of Last Payment, as well as Payment History. 15 U.S. Code 1681e - Compliance procedures states : Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. Please investigate and provide proof that the consumer reporting agencies were in compliance with this matter. Please delete for the consumer report for violating compliance procedures.
