On XX/XX/XXXX Transunion sent 3 copies of my credit report. Each report shows something totally different on the adverse accounts section. I have attached photographed copies of the discrepancies for review. I recently submitted a complaint in reference to the incorrect reporting of account XXXX XXXX # XXXX. My question is now after your reinvestigation, why is the payment history showing an X which is unknown status for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX on one report and the other set of reports, the payment history shows an X for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX? This is considered FALSE reporting and Im asking for the immediate deletion of this unverified account. You obviously have no proof of the payment history ; therefore, you are putting any status on the account to make it valid. Well, this is wrong and considered false reporting which is a violation of my rights under the FCRA. I demand {$1000.00} fine or we will be forced to take this matter to Federal court and let a judge and jury decide whos correct. IF YOU CANT PROVE IT, YOU MUST REMOVE IT!
