A loan under my name was takin out in XXXX XXXX XXXX I have filed a complaint against LVNV Funding LLC. before, and I have not gotten any help. I just sent them another message today, and asked to speak with a manger or higher up. I also wrote them a message in the past asking to talk to a manger or higher up. That never happened. My credit score continues to decrease because of this fraudulent loan, and LVNV Funding LLC does not help resolve the matter. I do not want my score to decrease again. I have also contacted other law enforcement agencies regarding this, and hope they can help me.
