XXXX XXXX is reporting my personal non-public information to the credit reporting agencies in violation with Federal and State laws detailed below : Based on 15 USC 1681 ( q ) ( 3 ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act hereinafter FCRA and Texas Penal Code, Title 7, Chapter 32, Section 32.51, XXXX XXXX has committed Identity Theft against me by reporting my private non-public and personal information to consumer reporting agencies without my consent or any lawful authority. 15 USC 6802 ( e ) ( 6 ) of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act confirms that financial institutions may only share information to consumer reporting agencies in accordance with the FCRA. 15 USC 1681 ( d ) ( 2 ) ( i ) of the FCRA regulates what can be included in a consumer 's report and it confirms that transactions and experiences are to be EXCLUDED.
