I sent a Letter on XX/XX/2023, to EQUIFAX, XXXX, AND XXXX to remove personal information that I do not want on my credit report. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 I have the right to privacy. Also according to 15 USC 6802, No financial institution is supposed to share my information with third-party people, much of this information was also mistaken, fraudulent, or perhaps even possible identity theft. These are clear violations of my federally protected consumer rights.
