A letter from Hunter warfield was sent to me and my daughter on XX/XX/XXXX stated that we owed {$6000.00} for rent on an apartment that I co signed for my daughter. On XX/XX/XXXX my daughter was told that the townhouse that she was renting at the time was being sold to another company and she had until the end of her lease to move. My daughter moved forward and found another place to move immediately then in XXXX the leasing company told her that the new company said she could stay after she found a place and put a deposit on it. My daughter respectfully declined told them that she didnt want to stay that she sound a place and put deposit. In XXXX of XXXX we staring receiving letters stating we owe the amount stated above. We refused to pay them because they said she had to move and she had less then 2 months to do so. They sold this debt to another company who has been harassing us since XXXX of XXXX maybe before then. Ive disputed multiple times asking this new company to send is proof we owe this debt and nothing or this day. Hunter wardield has never sent my daughter her deposit and I dont expect they will. I have uploaded document I have sent to Hunter warfield and collection agency with no proof I owe amount
