My credit report from Experian states that I have an outstanding debt of {$830.00} with XXXX which is listed as a personal loan. On XX/XX/2022, XXXX sold my loan to XXXX XXXX, XXXX whoacquired the loan, with an unpaid balance. ( Attaching confirmation of account sold to XXXX XXXX from XXXX ). This was a charged off account that was sold but is still reporting a balance from XXXX ( original creditor ) of {$830.00}. I have attempted to reach out to XXXX and Experian many times to update the balance of the loan to {$0.00} as the account was sold off and should be reporting a balance of {$0.00}. I have disputed it with Experian many times as well as XXXX. On my XX/XX/XXXX Experian report, Experian actually did fix this issue and took out the balance ( attaching XXXX account information on XXXX ), but maybe due to having multiple disputes open someone else put the balance back on my Experian report ( attaching XXXX account information on XXXX ). This started showing as a new delinquent account on my Experian report because it was re entered which dropped my score more than before when it was previously reported. I am not able to get the balance removed. I have also settled this debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( attaching confirmation of debt settlement ).
