I am a victim of identity theft and this debt is not mine. I have police reports and detective narratives explaining that someone who was not me- opened an apartment in my name refused to pay and then exited the community. The suspects gender and physical description supports and proves that this debt is not mine. This suspect opened an apartment leasing contract with the XXXX at XXXX XXXX under my name without my knowledge or consent, then failed to pay their obligations. This debt is not mine and needs to immediately and permanently be removed from my credit files at all three bureaus. Im signing this to acknowledge and emphasize my complaint as a victim of identity theft who has never lived at the XXXX at XXXX XXXX. This debt and collection sought by XXXX XXXX is not mine.
