I had an account with XXXX XXXX # XXXX with secivce address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX tx. And I moved from the address on XX/XX/2022 and I called XXXX XXXX to transfer my service to my new service address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Texas on XX/XX/2022. And the told me the don't have service on that address. Because the network is very poor and slow. So I told the to disconnect my service.which I did And I switched to spectrum. Will send the proof. XXXX XXXX kept billing me every month and I emailed see the attached. They keep saying the fixed the problem. I have attached proof when I switched to XXXX The only thing I own them its the equipments and will drop the off asap
