SOUTHWEST CREDIT SYSTEM Account number XXXX IS REPORTING A DEBT ON MY CREDIT REPORTS FOR A BALANCE OF {$790.00}. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF THE DEBT VIA PHONE NOR WAS I INFORMED ON THE ORIGINATION OF THIS SO CALLED DEBT THAT THEY CLAIM THAT I OWE. SOUTHWEST CREDIT SYSTEMS VIOLATED MY CONSUMER RIGHTS PER 15 USC 1692g SECTION 809. I WAS NOT AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISPUTE THE VALIDITY OF THIS DEBT WITHIN THE 30 DAY TIME FRAME. I WOULD LIKE FOR SOUTHWEST CREDIT SYSTEMS TO CEASE ALL DEBT COLLECTION AND REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORTS.
