hello. I have a problem with Venmo, I have used it for several months, and suddenly they frozen my account, when I contact them they ask me to send my ID to unlock the account, I sent it and still they told me that they blocked it and that they reserve to say for what reason it was. I have already sent several emails and Venmo 's response is totally negative, and they will hold my money for 180 days. It is something totally unfair and without explanation. Several people have already had this happen with the Venmo service. The money is a total of XXXX. I was just synchronizing my Venmo account with my Physical bank and they blocked it. I don't see any violation in that.
