Consumer Narrative

The Promissory Note I signed in XXXX was a one time consolidation loan, not an MPN Promissory Note. That was my error in the information submitted in the complaint. Again an MPN can only add loans to it for 10 years. The 10 years were past by 5 months in XXXX of XXXX. The Promissory Note to be legal was required to list a specified time aka standard repayment schedule, it does not. There is no such US legal Valid Promissory Note pay till you die unless it is with the XXXX of which I am beginning to suspect is the situation. The Promissory Note expired in XXXX per the Department of Education advisor I spoke with. ACS and XXXX had no legal grounds to resurrect and consolidate, XXXX cancelled, never dispersed, XXXX dollar value XXXX XXXX XXXX to my XXXX account, that weren't part of the original one consolidation loan in XXXX because they didn't exist after XXXX, that is illegal. Again confirming the XXXX connection with the XXXX Servicers. The Promissory Note Per the Department of Education was invalid in XXXX of XXXX and by US Law and Department of Education Policy should have been closed by ACS. Contact the Department of Education they will tell you they are the loan holders of my XXXX. Not the XXXX XXXX XXXX Servicers and their banking cohorts!
