Dispute letter written to all 3 credit bureaus XX/XX/2023. Experian, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Dispute : Accounts written off with the IRS is considered ordinary income and now canceled debt, 1099c. Advised that I never received the 1099c for any accounts that were charged off and to please provide proof of documentation if so. These accounts are inaccurate and still furnishing on my credit report. The companies have filed it on their taxes as a loss and is still reporting it on my credit report as debt. I asked to be provided proof of accuracy of these reportings and delete for inaccuracy of accounts. Violation code 15 usc 1681e ( b ), 15 usc 1681n, 15 usc 1681o. Credit bureau just updated the accounts and added remarks. I asked for deletion.
