We agreed on a payment of {$100.00} per month to pay off debt and to keep the account in-house - not to send it to their collections agency. No written communication was sent on the agreement. I week later, I receive a notice from their agency XXXX XXXX saying the debt was sent out to collections. I called XXXX XXXX, they confirmed the debt was owed to them.
