On my Experian personal information account, Experian has not allowed me to dispute XXXX XXXX XXXX from my consumer report. I told them I just wanted to keep the name XXXX XXXX, they have purposely not given me the option to dispute online, so I called and customer service denies my option to remove the name nor the option to dispute it. Experian knows that I am the individual who is control of the account, but they still deny me. Experian claims it is to protect me but there is only one XXXX XXXX that lives in the same address as the one in my personal information. This is my consumer report and I determine what goes on my personal information and what does not. Attached to this report I have the two names on my personal information. 15usc 1681 ( 2 ) An elaborate mechanism has been developed for investigating and evaluating the creditworthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, and general reputation of consumers. Experian believes they are bigger than what they actually are by denying my request to dispute/remove the name XXXX XXXX XXXX 15usc1681 ( 3 ) Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. Experian assumes they can remove the online dispute option to deceive the consumers giving us no choice but to call them but instantly getting denied.
