My payment is due today. So went online and made a payment but it would not let me select todays date ( XX/XX/XXXX ). Instead even though I am paying today and my due date is today the first date I could choose is tomorrow XX/XX/XXXX. I was charged as late fee even though I paid on the day it is due. When I called Capital One they told me I had to pay before XXXX. I asked them to waive the late fee because I paid on the due date but they would not. If my payment date is today and I will paid today I dont think I should be charged a late fee.
