I was contacted by XXXX XXXX, regarding my student loan. I noticed last year that there was a dispute that was under my name that I had not disputed, causing my credit score to plummet. They had a dispute for my sister, but falsely claimed that I disputed this account. My consumer credit file again has been affected by the inaccurate and unauthorized disclosure of my personal nonpublic information, shared with a third party, the Credit Reporting Agencies. My consumer rights have been violated and XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated the FCRA. The payments that I have made on these loans have been misapplied, my account is showing to be incomplete, and missing accounting history. The consumer reporting agencies are bound by the FCRA to maximum accuracy, which clearly was not done here with the reporting of this account. Both companies have conspired together to cause financial harm in reporting payment status as being late, violating 15 USC 1666b. In addition, XXXX XXXX has also violated me, the consumer, pursuant to 20 USC 1232g, the privacy act of 1974 and my educational rights.
